Sound Diagnostics is a South Australian owned medical imaging practice offering xray, CAT scanning and ultrasound (including 4D imaging of babies). At Rehabcorp Physiotherapy our goal is to rehabilitate our clients to their best state of health, using a holistic therapeutic approach. We analyse our clients as a whole, assessing their posture, biomechanics and lifestyle to identify and treat the cause of their problems. We have special interests in musculoskeletal & sports physiotherapy, women's health, ante-natal & post-natal care, and rehabilitative medecine. Our range of treatment options includes: "hands on" physiotherapy treatment, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilisation and gentle spinal re-alignment techniques (called muscle-energy techniques), Acupuncture and Cupping. Our Rehabilitation services include, Hydrotherapy, Pilates & Gym, using our onsite state-of-the-art Pilates and Gym Studios, to assist our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Our aim is to REHABILITATE, RESTORE & RETRAIN our clients to their optimum function to be happy, healthy & well balanced individuals!

Physiotherapy Pilates Proactive specialises in Women.s Health and Pilates. With locations in Stirling, Parkside and Littlehampton, we offer over 15 Pilates Mat classes that are suitable for pregnancy. All of our physiotherapists have a passion for pre/post-natal care and are highly experienced in the treatment of pregnancy-related conditions. We aim to pamper our clients from the moment they join PPP- all are given a complimentary Chi Ball for home-use, sample bags full of high quality natural and organic products and information handouts. We burn pregnancy-safe aromatherapy oils during class with relaxing classical music and dimmed soft lighting.

We welcome clients for pregnancy classes after 12 weeks pregnancy. Postnatally, we accept mums from between 6 and 12 weeks.

At Move, clients have a choice of 3 major class types: (all 45 mins with a max. of 5 participants)

1. Mat classes: blends Pilates principles such as core stability with general strength training.
2. Hydrotherapy classes: Suitable for any stage, we combine Pilates principles with exercise and the buoyancy of warm water.
3. Studio classes: suited to women with more specific needs, clients work on their individual programmes under the supervision of a physiotherapist.

Our physiotherapists have a special interest in women’s health. They see clients at our Dulwich Clinic and fully service the Maternity Unit at Burnside Hospital. We provide pre- and post-natal education and treatments of conditions related to pregnancy, both pre and post, and continence. Services include treatment for pain relief, mastitis and engorgement, pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, vaginal prolapse, tingling and numbness, wound pain, perineal pain (eg episiotomy pain).

Lifeforce health solutions is a unique multidisciplinary health practice that offers both traditional (physiotherapy) and complementary (acupuncture, naturopathy, homoeopathy, remedial and relaxation massage, shiatsu, reflexology) treatments and advice to assist in the healing of a wide range of health disorders.

There are three physiotherapists in my practice who conduct pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes: Annette Innes, Angela Pfitzner and Simone Krohn.

We have special women's health interests including:

• Postnatal abdominal muscle recovery program
• Pregnancy Aquatic Fitness Classes
• Postnatal mother and baby exercise classes (land based)

Research shows that one in two women are who have ever had a baby have a prolapse, and one in three women who have ever had a baby wet their pants! and our practice is committed to making women aware of the risks, and to give them the opportunity and skills to avoid these problems.
