Terms and Conditions for BaoBag Instagram Giveaway - The Dinner Ladies
- Our contest or giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram
- BaoBag is the host of the Instagram giveaway or contest. BaoBag, ABN: 70 141 597 864, Unit 2, 13 Sydenham Road, BROOKVALE NSW 2100
- Competition start date is Tuesday 28 September 2021 and will close on Friday 1st October 2021 at 3pm.
- Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, ACT and Adelaide (SA) only who fulfil the method of entry requirements.

5. Winners will be chosen randomly. We will check that every entry satisfies the entry requirements and entered into a spreadsheet to be randomly drawn. The winner will be notified under the post on Instagram on Tuesday 5th October 2021 .
We have two Dinner Ladies gift vouchers 'a week's worth of dinners' worth $150 each to give away.

6. This is a game of chance.
The draw will be performed by a judge/panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The prize selection will be conducted at 11:00 AM AEST on Tuesday 5th October 2021.

7. The Winner will be notified via the same Instagram post on Tuesday 5th October 2021 and private messaged. Details on how to claim the prize will be by contacting us on email: operations@baobag.com.au.
8. The vouchers will be issued by Dinner Ladies for use online.
9.. If the prize is unclaimed by the unclaimed prize draw date, the Promoter will award the prize to the Eligible Entrant who came runner-up when the entries were judged, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority.
10. Unclaimed prize draw date: 1 month after the initial prize draw was conducted.
11. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified via private message on Instagram no later than 3 days after the unclaimed prize draw was conducted.
12. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be published here: on the same competition Instagram Post in the comments section.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.
