I received the Bio Island Milk CalciA very useful for this particular time of the pregnancy as I need essential vitamins for pregnant women (I am also vitamin D deficient so this is perfect!). It is easy to swallow, however, would be good if it is taken only once a day rather 2-3 times a day as sometimes I forget to take it and have to skip a dose.
It's so important to make sure that the little ones receive all their needed vitamins and minerals. Great product to try out.

Very nice will buy more
It is great, I notice the trend of vitamin going from tablet to chews and gummies and it is fantastic as I hate taking tablet. Chew is so much more fun and I love that this one is made from kiwi fruit, tastes like kiwi fruit too. Would love to see more info on package about how much I should take a day (how much is too much) as I couldn't stop chewing on it!

Both my husband and I found these pretty tasty, but were supposed that each tablet was only 10.5% vitamin c RDI

I didn’t mind the flavor (I tried it myself) it was a bit sour for my toddler, he spat it out
