These are great my partner and I have started taking. As this is vitamin C - might be worth mentioning good for women post pregnancy if they are taking iron as this should help with absorbsion.

Bio island super chews are great. I will definitely be using them for my vitamin supplements in future.
I'm a big fan of vitamin C when coming down with an infection. My mum used to give us chewables when we were kids, so Bio Island is a great option for children. I use a powder in tiny amounts in expressed breast milk to support my babies around vaccination time or if they are sick.

The size and colour of tablets are off putting but the taste is pleasent
Great packageing, portion size and flavor. Easy to chew texture (important when you have nausea) 6 year old son loves it too. Great way to get extra nutrition into the families diet.
