I have been taking these myself as I am breastfeeding and need all the extra nutrients I can get. I haven’t missed a day of taking them as they are super easy to chew and taste nice, it’s almost like a little post breakfast treat.

Have one every morning. Easy to take and really enjoy the flavour. Hoping it will keep me a bit healthier during cold season when teaching.

Really tasty! Like the fruit bark my Grandmother used to make. From initial inspection I thought that the vitamin C was from the fruit but on reading the ingredient list it looks like it isn't.

I like how they haven’t got a disgusting taste, so I’ll be taking one a day
These were a lot different abit of a weird texture but my kids liked them so can’t complain :)
