I am already a huge fan of Carmans bars and this one did not disappoint. My toddler stole the bar from my mouth so sadly I didnt get to finish it but it was delicious.

It was very good, definitely nice to have a bonus snack when recovering in the hospital. A nice sweet treat. I havent seen this before in the shops but Ill keep a look out because protein and caramelised is amazing.

Super yummy snack! Love that these are high in protein and taste great. Only negative is that my husband made me share it with him.
