Yum! Carmens never disappoint, and this is one go support the energy of new mums - hangout! A sweet treat in the fruit strap, and a healthy start to the day in the protein-packed porridge, Thankyou Carmans!
Delicious! Really like the mixed berry. The fruit strap was yummy too and tastes healthier than a roll up which I was used to from childhood.
