havent used before, but I understand the importance of probiotics especially because i had antibiotics after birth. these were easy to adminster, and helped alight some of the guilt i felt for having antibiotics and therefore altering my babies gut bavteria

I have previously used this product when on antibiotics to help keep a balance. It was a perfect product especially with my IBS issues, as most things don't agree with me.

My naturopath directed me to Inner Health Probiotics many years ago and I am a big fan. Other than the obvious periods for use, I often purchase a bottle to give my body, immune system and gut health the extra boost it needs.
By far the leading brand of probiotics our family has ever tried, would never use any other product on the market
