Loved this. My favourite flyer in the pack. Great to get up to date accurate info. Continue to be told 'pump and dump' but can now help educate

Very useful information! We will drink alcohol and would definitely not want to pass down to our baby during breastfeeding. Could include more info graphics instead of pictures as I initially thought this was another no alcohol once you've start trying pamphlet

Really helpful information. I understood drinking while pregnant causes harm, however I wasnt aware about the risk drinking while breastfeeding. This flyer prompted me to check out feedsafe.net. I also appreciate how the campaign is in plain language and really easy to understand.

Extremely important for mums to have for reference. Its easy to believe wives tales or urban myths about what is safe and unsafe during pregnancy. This booklet is clear and concise in determining expert advice regarding alcohol and breastfeeding

I love that this is included, I have people in my life who have not treated their pregnancy and breastmilk with the correct attitude to foetal alcohol.

As someone who breastfeed for almost 3 years, and became a bit relaxed, this was a good reminder of the timeframes etc and frequency of feeds when returning to newborn feeding.

Backed up alot of what we were aware of in regards to alcohol and pregnancy+breastfeeding. Although I have chosen to avoid alcohol all together, knowing that their is the feedsafe app out there I will be passing this onto friends.
