Ferro-Care® Pregnancy contains iodine, an essential nutrient for brain and intellectual development. Maternal intake of iodine is crucial for normal growth and development during fetal, neonatal, and infancy stages.
Ferro-Care® Pregnancy also provides a 500 microgram daily dose of folate. If taken daily for one month prior to conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid may reduce the risk of neural tube defects associated with the brain and spinal cord (e.g. neural tube defects such as spina bifida and anencephaly).
Ferro-Care Pregnancy Multivitamin provides good iron support and essential nutrients. Its affordable and effective, but sometimes the taste and smell are a bit strong. Overall, Im happy with how its helped keep my iron levels steady during pregnancy.
Easy to digest
I havent tried the iron supplement yet, but its great to have it included in the BaoBag. Its reassuring to have trusted, useful products on hand for pregnancy. Nice to know theyre there when I need them!
I haven't tried these yet but was great to get
Interested to see other pregnancy multivitamins out there other than the main ones advertised.

Currently taking it and it does boost your energy and give you the extra nutrients your body needs. Havent had any issues.
N/A - Currently taking prenatal vitamins but will try these once theyre completed.
Will definitely be using this brand for daily supplements
Was looking for a new multivitamin so was keen to try to this. No after taste which is always an issue with many vitamins. Very happy

I already take a prenatal vitamin but may look at taking this while I am traveling to reduce number of pills.

I have not used as yet as completing a course of my pre-existing multivitamin tablets. I appreciated the easy to read packaging and the 'why' (indications) to take the tablets. I also like the use of visuals on the packaging, making it very apparent that the multivitamins are for all stages of pregnancy and beyond baby's birth for breastfeeding. One-A-Day is also very clear for the expectations how frequent.
Yes appreciate this! Will likely use after childbirth & when breastfeeding once my iron levels return a bit but still need supplementation. My iron is very low at the moment so on prescription iron but I do like that this contains folic acid B12 etc as one stop pregnancy multivitamin
I took these throughout both my pregnancies and going through breastfeeding etc they do help 100%

Good multivitamins as other ones I have used make me really sick but these have changed my life. Get everything I need while pregnant and not making sick
I am currently using a different multivitamin, but Im going to try the sample ones and move across to these if I prefer them
Pregnancy multivitamins would be really helpful for me while pregnant because they help ensure Im getting all the essential nutrients my baby and I need, especially on days when my appetite is low or meals are irregular. They would also be valuable once the baby is born, helping me maintain my energy and nutritional needs while caring for a newborn.
This looks very interesting. I already have a multivitamin I take during pregnancy. I'm interested to research more about ferro care as I've never heard of them before
I am interested in this multivitamin for sure! I am not super keen on taking vitamin B supplements, but will consider it.
