Ferro-Care® Pregnancy contains iodine, an essential nutrient for brain and intellectual development. Maternal intake of iodine is crucial for normal growth and development during fetal, neonatal, and infancy stages.

Ferro-Care® Pregnancy also provides a 500 microgram daily dose of folate. If taken daily for one month prior to conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid may reduce the risk of neural tube defects associated with the brain and spinal cord (e.g. neural tube defects such as spina bifida and anencephaly).

I have not used as yet as completing a course of my pre-existing multivitamin tablets. I appreciated the easy to read packaging and the 'why' (indications) to take the tablets. I also like the use of visuals on the packaging, making it very apparent that the multivitamins are for all stages of pregnancy and beyond baby's birth for breastfeeding. One-A-Day is also very clear for the expectations how frequent.

Yes appreciate this! Will likely use after childbirth & when breastfeeding once my iron levels return a bit but still need supplementation. My iron is very low at the moment so on prescription iron but I do like that this contains folic acid B12 etc as one stop pregnancy multivitamin

Good multivitamins as other ones I have used make me really sick but these have changed my life. Get everything I need while pregnant and not making sick

Pregnancy multivitamins would be really helpful for me while pregnant because they help ensure Im getting all the essential nutrients my baby and I need, especially on days when my appetite is low or meals are irregular. They would also be valuable once the baby is born, helping me maintain my energy and nutritional needs while caring for a newborn.

This looks very interesting. I already have a multivitamin I take during pregnancy. I'm interested to research more about ferro care as I've never heard of them before

As an expectant parent, Ive been carefully researching pregnancy supplements, and Ferro-Care caught my attention for its focus on iron and essential nutrients. Receiving it in the goodies bag gave me a chance to try it firsthand, and I was pleased with how gentle it felt on my stomachsomething I know can be a concern during pregnancy. Its reassuring to find a product that supports both maternal health and babys development. Ill definitely be considering it as part of my prenatal routine.

I use multivitamins daily due to being a gastric bypass patient, so Ilove that something like this is included. I am yet to try this product
