FESS® Little Noses works by loosening and thinning nasal mucus and moisturising dry nasal passages. This helps to clear stuffy noses, allowing your baby to breathe easier. The spray is preservative and additive free.

It also comes with a FESS nasal aspirator to gently remove excess mucus. This aspirator is a rubber bulb syringe with a soft tip designed to gently suction the mucus (loosened by FESS® Little Noses Saline Solution) from your baby’s nose. Since babies cannot clear their noses as we do, the suctioning effect of the aspirator has the same effect as blowing, to clear mucus congestion. Using the nasal aspirator to remove mucus will help avoid the harshness of tissues.

Little nose spray is great we have used it every time our little one heats a stuffy nose to clear out the build up - we have tried other products & this is the clear winner !

Good to have received a small test in the bag and this will help us make sure we can use this brand before buying, nurses are able to show us how to use properly
Really great item, I received this with my first baby. As a first time mum, you get very worried when your child is congested. I would buy more of this item. Good sized sample

Brilliant product, I still use it for my 5 year old if required
This is great in conjunction with the snot sucker. Really helps to break down mucus naturally and help clear a bit of congestion. Babies do not love it though. I dont know how you could fix that! You could have a fess and snot sucker combo ?!

Im a big fan of fess! Natural saline to help clear up congestion for little noses.
Love Fess Little Noses. Cant say little one feels the same :) really helpful as not many options to manage congestion in babies/ toddlers.

This spray is excellent for little noses! Havent needed to use it for this baby yet, but use it for my older child and it really helps to clear their noses. I was very happy to receive this sample as I know its a great product.

Used this with my first born when sick, really helps clear his nose and improves breathing and sleep
I loved this when I was pregnant and got a cold so will keep incase bubs gets a cold and then see how it works
