I used these supplements to try and help my post partum recovery. Im not sure if it was the supplements or my mindset but I feel like they improved my fatigue and brain fog.

A very robust med needed postnatal. I believe more research and education is needed on importance of having meds post natal.

I have not used the Postnatal vitamin but I have just re-ordered their pre-natal vitamin. It doesnt leave me feeling sick afterwards and feels easy on the stomach and I like that it has high quality ingredients because I know my baby is also reaping the benefits.

Considering to purchase multivitamins from here on my next purchase as they seem to encompass a wide range of vitamins to benefit me.
