I like the size of the vitamin because it is smaller than my usual vitamin and I hate swallowing pills. The thing I dont like it that the vitamin itself looks like a medication. I like to think of my pregnancy multivitamin as a natural pill that is delivering natures goodness for me and my baby. The name Natalis makes me think about the word natural which makes me feel comforted and more likely to purchase the product. It was a surprise to open the packet and find a white, pharmaceutical looking pill in there.

Did make me feel slightly nauseous however not nearly as much as the elevit. The tablet is very big but I'm happy it includes the iodine.

Other multivitamins make nauseas and I cant stomach the iron, I found this didnt upset my stomach, will be buying.

I already use the Natalis brand. I love that its once a day and there is no taste which is perfect especially in the first tri when feeling unwell.

A good option to get a wide range of vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately I cant take iron in tablet form but would be open to using them otherwise.

Havent tried yet but looking forward to it, such a cost saving inclusion in the bag!
