Able to take without feeling sick, wide range of vitamins healthy to a mum to be or considering/trying. Easy to digest and high quality
Seems like a good multi-vitamin, I like the added iron

This is a great gift. I havent seen sample packs available so it is great to try a new brand to see what works products work well for me.
I like the size of the vitamin because it is smaller than my usual vitamin and I hate swallowing pills. The thing I dont like it that the vitamin itself looks like a medication. I like to think of my pregnancy multivitamin as a natural pill that is delivering natures goodness for me and my baby. The name Natalis makes me think about the word natural which makes me feel comforted and more likely to purchase the product. It was a surprise to open the packet and find a white, pharmaceutical looking pill in there.

Did make me feel slightly nauseous however not nearly as much as the elevit. The tablet is very big but I'm happy it includes the iodine.

Other multivitamins make nauseas and I cant stomach the iron, I found this didnt upset my stomach, will be buying.
Took these all through my pregnancy and will continue to take them post partum (will buy more to continue my supply)

I already use the Natalis brand. I love that its once a day and there is no taste which is perfect especially in the first tri when feeling unwell.

i was taking blackmores pregnancy supplements until i got the natalis ones and ill definitely continue to use them until bub is out.
Ive been using these now for a little while and purchased another box. No more taking multiple tablets, just the one.
