Good quality multivitamin
Never heard of this brand prior but its great to see and have a chance to try another brand of pregnancy multivitamin. I wasnt taking any currently so now started taking these

Generous 100 capsule sample pack so one capsule taken a day means this pack lasts three months! The capsules, which are slightly smaller than Blackmore pregnancy gold capsules contain all the nutrients needed during pregnancy including iodine, folic acid and iron.
I liked these better than elevit and purchased more for myself

Its nice to have an alternative to elevit. I had to have an iron transfusion during pregnancy and this tablet is now helping maintain my iron during breastfeeding.

Excellent found it better than Elevit
I am currently taking Blackmores Multivitamins, but after trying Natalis I will definitely switch- it is so much more convenient to take a single tablet rather than two.
