I dont usually use pads, but its great to have them on hand for emergencies, very practical to include in the BaoBag!

I really liked this inclusion as it's a real understanding of the bleeding and bladder issues women face post-partum. I included this in my nappy bag!

Great addition to be able to put into the hospital bag ready to go for birth of baby. Nice to be able to try it out before committing to purchase.
We used poise pads for the first time during pregnancy alongside two other brands, and decided to stick with poise due to the better comfort and absorbability
