This product really intrigued me! How I can have it on an empty stomach is amazing. Also 24mg of iron is a substantial amount that Ill need to bridge the later 2nd trimester and early 3rd trimester before my iron levels really need a pick up. Im really excited to see how this works and purchase more if I have little to no side effects.

A big win for me was the Ferrous+C iron supplement. I'm currently low in iron and have struggled in the past to find one that's gentle on the stomach (and doesn't leave me constipated!). Thanks to BaoBag I may have finally found one that works well for me
The Ferrous + C supplement is such a thoughtful inclusion for expecting mums. Iron is so important during pregnancy, and I love that it also includes vitamin C to help with absorption. I currently have a perigestational haematoma, so extra iron support will be incredibly helpful for me.

My dietician told me I need iron supplement so Ive just sent her a photo of this product as Im very keen to purchase it
I have never tried these. I usually use other iron and vitam B complex vitamins. Will try at some point.

As someone who has previously had low iron, I am looking forward to giving this a go to see if it works well for me especially as other brands tend to give me side-effects such as stomach aches. I was definitely surprised to see this in the bag as its not something I think about, but its good to think about these things - thank you for the reminder.

Look, its good motivation and reminder how important iron is whilst pregnant . I have been taking it and as advertised it is really gentle on stomach and not constipating so I do like the brand.
I like that this was included as its not a product I would usually think I need as a busy mum and currently pregnant. Especially as my prenatal doesnt contain iron.

Unfortunately due to having HG, Im struggling to keep anything down let alone vitamins. These would be perfect for someone not suffering from intense morning sickness and Ill be passing them onto a friend who has recently fallen pregnant.
