I have used this iron supplement in the past and have taken iron supplements for many years. Iron is so important for women, especially during pregnancy as energy levels drop and iron needs increase to support both mum and baby. Having a supplement on hand is a helpful reminder to prioritise health during a time when its easy to forget your own needs. Including this bottle is a small but meaningful gesture that can make a real difference in how someone feels day-to-day.

Love it, been very sick with bub and my stomach is not feeling constipated when using this brand for my low iron

I ended up with slightly low iron at the very end of my pregnancy so these came in handy to take. They were gentle on the stomach and helped to raise my levels before giving birth.

Great to have supplement for trial.

This is so great to include. As someone who regularly struggles with low iron levels it has been so important for me to take iron supplements during my pregnancy and I love that it doesnt leave you feeling constipated like other iron suppliments.

I started taking Vitaceuticals Ferrous +C during pregnancy to help with low iron levels, and its been one of the best iron supplements Ive tried. Its gentle on the stomach, which is rare for iron, and I havent experienced the usual side effects like nausea or constipation. I also love that it includes vitamin C, which helps with absorption. After a few weeks, I noticed a boost in my energy and less dizziness. The capsule is easy to take and doesnt have a bad aftertaste. Highly recommend this if you need an effective and well-tolerated iron supplement.

While my iron levels are in the normal range, they are on the lower end of normal so I do need to supplement throughout pregnancy to make sure they don't drop.I was previously using another liquid iron supplement, but found the taste a bit tricky during my first trimester, so I switched when I received these. One thing I like about these capsules is that you can take them on an empty stomach and they don't give me nausea. Having to time my previous iron supplement with food was tricky because my eating habits have been little bit erratic due to food aversions. I like that they also contain Vitamin C for absorption, which means I don't have to worry about downing them with a glass of orange juice! Unfortunately I do still experience some digestive upset with these (constipation), however I've yet to find an iron supplement that doesn't do this to me. It's not bad enough that I need to cease taking them. This supplement has easy to add to my routine when I ran out of my previous iron supplement- it has not made me feel unwell as I have experience in the past - will purchase when I run out

It hasnt been long enough to really say how well these are helping my iron levels but I do feel good and my breast feeding has been going very well. I havent experienced any side effects so far.
