Currently have not tried this brad as I am taking a different prental vitamin. Although I have not tried them, I do like the sound of them being gentle on the stomach as I am someone who does struggle with iron tablet symptoms. I also like that the tablet contain vitamin c supporting iron absorption. This may a supplement i look to use after finishing my prenatal vitamins.

Looking forward to trying these
I had been struggling with very low energy due to low iron levels and was feeling exhausted most afternoons, often needing a nap just to get through the day. Since using Vitaceuticals Ferrous +C, Ive noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels and overall wellbeing. I feel much more like myself again and no longer feel like I need to sleep in the middle of the day. Really happy with the difference these have made

As someone who struggles with low iron even outside of pregnancy, these supplements will be very useful. Many iron supplements I've tried result in constipation, I look forward to trying these to see how they compare.
