Im not a huge fan of iron supplements due to obvious bowel issues that come along with it and the occasional nausea but these ones arent that bad and have increased my iron levels enough that I dont need an infusion

I have used this product as I was told my Ferritin levels were low, I 've found I've tolerated it well, no gastrointestinal issues which I used to have when I took iron supplements as a teenager

I know this a top brand for iron supplements and this would be amazing but for me unfortunately I have a bowel condition and I cant take this type of iron supplement.

I have used this brand for my first pregnancy and reliably I know my iron levels are being looked after. Not been needing to have iron supplements this pregnancy, but if it does, I know which I will be using again! :)
