Such a practical inclusion, iron deficiency is so common postpartum but its one of those things you never get around to sorting for yourself. Having this show up in the BaoBag was a great nudge to actually take care of my own health, not just bubs. The added vitamin C for absorption shows its a well-thought-out formula. Small bottle size was perfect as a trial without committing to a full purchase upfront but also forced me to want more, clever.

I was already on those tablets so I was very happy to get a top up considering how expensive it is! Waiting for next blood test to see the results!

I have had no issues as of yet, usually iron tablets upset my stomach but these seem to be good so far

I never try this brand however some friends said it was a good supplements.
