No ingredients listed on teabags. After looking them up and finding ginseng as an ingredient I will not be consuming as it is not proven safe to consume in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. As Your Tea appear to make a breastfeeding tea, wouldn't that have been a better sample to put in???
