There was nothing in the Baobag explaining the contents of the tea. Does it contain caffeine? What is in it etc? I have since looked up the Your Tea website. A flyer about the tea directing you to the website would have been great ??

Great tasting tea, I find myself going back for more. Would prefer over a cup of coffee especially whilst taking caffinated supplements. Combination of exercise and diet will get you to your results quicker. I find that drinking this tea assists with my consumption of daily water intake
The tea does not smell appealing unfortunately, however it doesn't taste too bad. I probably would like it more if the message about health benefit is more clear and more appealing. The packaging is also a bit outdated.
