- BaoBag is the host of the Instagram giveaway or contest. BaoBag, ABN: 70 141 597 864, Unit 2, 13 Sydenham Road, BROOKVALE NSW 2100
- Competition start date is Monday 28 September 2020 and will close on Friday 2nd October 2020 at 5pm.
- Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements.

Entries close on Friday 2nd October 2020 at 5pm.
Winners will be chosen randomly. We will check that every entry satisfies the entry requirements and entered into a spreadsheet to be randomly drawn. The winners will be notified under the post on Instagram on Monday 5th October 2020.

The first winner drawn will receive one In Shape Mummy Breastfeeding pack which includes:

The 2nd and 3rd drawn winners will each receive a Deluxe Bag, These are mystery calico bags filled with products ideal for mum and bub and with a retail value of $100 each.
Three Prizes are to be given away with a total combined retail value of $481.95
6. This is a game of chance.
The draw will be performed by a judge/panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The prize selection will be conducted at 11:00 AM AEST on Monday 5th October 2020.

7. The Winner will be notified via the same Instagram post on Monday 5th October 2020 and private messaged. Details on how to claim the prize will be by contacting us on email: operations@baobag.com.au.
8. The BaoBags will be delivered via Australia Post and the shipping costs covered by BaoBag. The In Shape Mummy Breastfeeding pack will be shipped by In Shape Mummy.
9.. If the prize is unclaimed by the unclaimed prize draw date, the Promoter will redraw and award the prize to the next Eligible Entrant, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority.
10. Unclaimed prize draw date: 1 month after the initial prize draw was conducted.
11. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified via private message on Instagram no later than 3 days after the unclaimed prize draw was conducted.
12. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be published here: on the same competition Instagram Post in the comments section.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.
