I dont drink alcohol but it is good to know this important information about why/how alcohol consumption can cause harm to the foetus and baby. Also the tips of how to protect your baby from breastmilk containing alcohol sounds great for moms that would enjoy a glass or two and able to prevent the alcohol in breastmilk.

I have/will not drink anyway during pregnancy but I think it's really important to educate parents on the reasons why

Love this. Im not much of a drinker but have a friend who drank heavily throughout her pregnancy. This should be handed out and discussed by all GPs with their patients. Feel very passionate about this.

Yes - very important. I am glad to see the harmful impacts of recreational alcohol consumption are being given more attention. Its absolutely vital that people be properly informed as this is critical to the healthy development of the baby. In particular the information on alcohol in breast milk is excellent.

A helpful pamphlet. I have found most information concerning alcohol consumption is specific to during pregnancy and does not cover how alcohol consumption may impact breastfeeding. It was very informative.
