These felt comfortable, discreet and very reliable, which made a big difference to confidence during the day. Theyre thin enough to forget youre wearing them but still absorbent, and they stayed in place without bunching or shifting. I also liked that they didnt feel plasticky or noisy, which is something that can really put you off with this category

works wonders down there

This is a great addition to the bao bag. I feel its necessary for every new mother after birth. And if I was to pick a brand specifically for bladder I would choose poise.

I think theyre really good and absorbent. Ive always enjoyed using poise pads
