Based on my research, Poise pads seem like a reliable choice. Theyre known for good absorbency and comfort, and lots of people say they really help with leaks. Even though I havent used them, they appear to be a trusted and effective product.

Im a pad girlie - I dont use tampons due to the TSS risk. Ive actually never bought poise pads before. I like their liners, and Im keen to try these! Just bummed that itll be a couple months down the track. Hopefully the excitement doesnt wear off "}
