Good to find out about this product but unsure of its performancw

I have used this iron supplement in the past and have taken iron supplements for many years. Iron is so important for women, especially during pregnancy as energy levels drop and iron needs increase to support both mum and baby. Having a supplement on hand is a helpful reminder to prioritise health during a time when its easy to forget your own needs. Good to have sample as I use this product
Love it, been very sick with bub and my stomach is not feeling constipated when using this brand for my low iron

I ended up with slightly low iron at the very end of my pregnancy so these came in handy to take. They were gentle on the stomach and helped to raise my levels before giving birth.

I havent heard of this particular brand before but I like that it also has vitamin C
